Customer Experience 1 (Shampoo)
The moment I leaned back onto that bed, I relaxed instantly — my neck fit perfectly into the soft pillow support, not pressing or wobbling, and the towel wrapped me warmly. The water hitting my hair was warm, and when the hairstylist massaged it, the pressure was just right. I rested my arms on the side armrests, feeling soft yet stable, just like washing my hair on my own sofa at home. With my eyes closed, I could hear the sound of water mixed with the store's light music, and before long, my mind went completely blank.

Customer Experience 2 (Treatment)
The bed was just the right softness when I lay down, my back touching the cool leather that wasn’t icy, and wrapped in a warm towel. When she rinsed my hair with the spray, I didn’t have to tense my shoulders at all — I just tilted my head to the sink edge without straining my neck. Midway, I lifted my hand to feel the armrest; it was firm, so my arm could rest casually without wobbling. I just relaxed and waited for her to massage my hair, too lazy to even take out my phone.

Customer Experience 3 (Hair Care)
This chair looked vintage, but it was surprisingly soft to sit on! My back leaned against the leather, supporting even my lower back. My arms rested on the side armrests, right where I could smell the aroma from the nearby small table. As the stylist worked on my hair with the equipment, I rested my hand on the armrest; the chair didn’t wobble at all. I just inhaled the scent of essential oils, eyes half-closed, almost dozing off.

Customer Experience 4
"This bed is so much more comfortable than the one I went to last time! The shampoo bed at that other place had a neck pillow as hard as plastic, I had to tense my shoulders the whole time, afraid my head might slip off. Washing hair felt like shoulder and neck training. But on this bed, my neck immediately 'snaps' into the soft support, and with my arms resting on the armrests, I felt stable. I almost fell asleep just now."
